It is a wheel of steam engine with its counterweight and its crank (in the circumstances, it was copied from the wheels of the 0.4.0T Corpet Brown). This wheel takes again the principal elements of the European flag, that is to say "blue Europe" and the twelve stars in yellow placed on binding. On the counterweight the four letter of the MTVS is reproduced. The wheel inclined towards the line symbolizes the movement... towards the future.
